Compare how you see your side of the dice (zoom in) to how others see it (zoom out). Now define and prepare to share your side (what the scope is, what the limits are, what it is, what it is not).

Get other perspectives and ask others to rephrase yours. Find a way not to reject others and to listen. Create the starting point for discussion.

Use discussion to build relationships between different perspectives that will be strong enough to resist conflict and endure pressures.

Your team's perspective is not the only one, get your team to check their frame of the assignment and how it correlates with others' scope.

Check that your team sees the others’ scope and vice versa. Devise a common plan to create synergy and clarification regarding limits of everyone’s assignment .

Verify where is the beginning, where is the end of everyone's job or assignment. Check to see if all these work and fit together.
